Additionally, you will serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers, interfacing with customers to align their requirements with manufacturing processes effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop assembly strategies for intricate optoelectronic modules
• Lead practical development of crucial process recipes
• Acquire and test capital equipment in line with strategic technology goals
• Provide DFx guidance to maximize yield prior to prototype iterations
