Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables '- Fixing the Specifications of TCM H/W & TCM S/W.- Perform Shift schedule calibration for various control functions of the vehicle- Understand customer needs/targets and convert into Engineering inputs.- Sound domain knowledge in the Shift schedule calibration, Integration of IVN & Diagnostics specifications - Conduct technical review with suppliers.- Conversant with Automatic Transmission calibration methodology .- Prototype development and support for validation.- Concern resolution and calibration modifications.- Comprehend technical concerns during development and post SOP and develope alternative solutions.Experience 1 to 4 yearsIndustry Preferred Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier (Driveline)Qualifications BE (Mechanical, Automobile) General Requirements - Auto Enthusiast, Updated with latest trends in Automatic Transmission.- Networking & ability to work with CFT.- Good communication ski...Interested in this opportunity?
