SENIOR END USER ENGINEER (LJT)

Location: Budapest, XI. district, hybrid (2 days in office in training period)

Salary: competitive

Tasks:

  • Provide advanced (3rd line) IT support, handling complex and escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for junior and intermediate team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs, ensuring high-quality user experience.
  • Lead device management activities, including configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment.
