Senior Embedded Firmware Lead - OTA & Matter

Gofractional is looking for a Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer to oversee all aspects of firmware development for connected devices. This role requires expertise in systems like ESP32 and Nordic nRF-series platforms, with a focus on production firmware, debugging, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in embedded firmware development, specifically with C/C++, and a solid understanding of wireless communication technologies. Remote work is an option, but candidates must reside in Colombia.
