Senior Electronics Engineer - Failure Analysis Field & Lab

Halter is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join its Failure Analysis team. You will diagnose and root-cause failures in highly integrated hardware used globally, from board level to field data.

You will mentor engineers, improve diagnostic processes, and work with hardware, firmware, production and supplier quality teams to ensure reliability. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role focused on enduring hardware performance, with impact across farming operations worldwide.
