Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Tract Capital is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer owns the electrical design and power system studies discipline design for Fleet’s behind-the-meter (BTM) power solutions and related campus interfaces. This role develops and maintains the electrical Basis of Design (BOD), leads technical alignment with vendors and electric utilities, and ensures designs meet safety, code, and availability expectations for mission‑critical deployments.

How will you make a difference?

• Own electrical discipline scope for BTM generation integration, including one‑line development, grounding/bonding, protection, controls interfaces, and telemetry requirements.
• Develop and maintain the electrical Basis of Design (BOD) and design standards; ensure consistency across sites and deployments.
