Senior eCommerce Analyst

The Staples Canada Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a highly skilled Senior eCommerce Analyst to drive insights and build reporting for our Staples Professional B2B eCommerce website, eway.ca. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding the customer experience on eway.ca, providing actionable insights to empower the eway.ca product team and our Staples Professional business partners to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a reporting framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer behavior, site performance, and business objectives on eway.ca.
