The Senior Director, Learning & Development provides strategic leadership for the organization's enterprise learning and development programs, ensuring employees, leaders, and teams have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to support organizational success. This role develops and executes enterprise learning strategies, establishes governance and standards for learning programs, and partners with business leaders to design and deliver scalable learning solutions that support workforce capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
