The Senior Director, Infrastructure Solutions is responsible for leading the growing infrastructure solutions business. This individual should be a strategic leader who has strength in understanding the needs of the market and predicting future requirements of current customers.

They understand the competitive market, predict customer requirements, and introduce solutions to current and potential customer challenges. They are an expert communicator, able to scale from the most technical engineering issues to the most strategic offer management solutions. The person in this role can drive a customer issue to appropriate resolution quickly and navigate internal leaders, processes, procedures, and organizations.
