Job Summary:

The Senior Director HR Business Transformation & Head Office will be driving cultural and business transformation for Emerging Markets organization through realigning the culture to EM vision, mission, and core values to achieve its strategic objectives. Manage and deliver projects for HR EM, act as strategic advisor for People elements of cross-functional and cross-cluster initiatives and drive head office activities across HR EM in close alignment with internal counterparts. Drive and manage deliverables for HRSLT and EM SLT to represent the People strategy and plan. Orchestrate key projects, programs and deliverables across EM organization, driving Team planning and target setting and OKC delivery and governance.
