Senior Director, Financial and Actuarial Services

Responsibilities

• Advise the executive team on the sector’s financial, strategic, and operational priorities
• Contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan, including growth, profitability, and financial optimization for the U.S. Life Insurance sector
• Initiate and lead value creation initiatives through financial engineering (reinsurance, capital optimization, accounting and actuarial methods, tax strategies)
• Ensure timely delivery of all financial reporting required by the CFO function
• Support the exploration of new strategic markets for the U.S. Life Insurance sector
• Implement strategies to maintain or improve ratings from rating agencies
• Lead a high‑performing, multidisciplinary finance organization
