Senior Director, Field Services – Southeast Asia

Onto Innovation Inc. is seeking a senior service leader for Southeast Asia to drive all service activities, revenue, and customer satisfaction in the region. The role reports to executive leadership and requires managing a skilled team across aftersales, contracts, and upgrades.

You will own service delivery strategy, budgets, and KPIs, while partnering with sales, applications, and HR to build a high-performance team and continuously improve service delivery in a matrixed organization.
