Senior Director – AI Solutions

Overview

• Lead teams responsible for the design, development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions (machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI)
• Oversee budget management, unit performance, and embody the organizational culture
• Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
• Drive the lifecycle management of AI solutions
• Ensure the quality, compliance and performance of delivered AI solutions
• Manage and grow the AI center of expertise

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, advanced analytics or a related domain
• At least six (6) years of team management experience
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies (ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, agentic ...
