What you''ll be doing

As Senior Director, AI Enablement Development Manager within the AI Platforms & Solutions team, you''ll serve as the operational backbone for CIBC''s Artificial Intelligence (CAI) platform and its ecosystem of sub‑products.

Reporting to the VP, Enterprise AI Platforms & Solutions, you''ll lead multiple development and QA teams to deliver, evolve, and optimize the CAI platform, including products such as Smart Library, Teams Notetaker, Agent Framework, Notebook/RAG engine, eCRM/Salesforce integrations, Outlook plugin, and Admin Console.

You''ll manage the full software development lifecycle, drive engineering standards, and ensure the platform meets enterprise needs for reliability, scalability, and performance.
