Senior Diesel Tech/Shop Manager

We are seeking a Senior Diesel Technician with expert diagnostic skills and deep knowledge of diesel engines, particularly for heavy-duty trucks. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot complex issues using OEM proprietary software and third-party diagnostic tools, work independently, and lead a team of 3 technicians.

Looking for someone who will communicate with and mentor his crew while working alongside them. The Senior Diesel Technician will ensure quality control and efficient task delegation while maintaining high service standards during standard business hours.
