Senior Designer – Women’s Trail Run

Overview

As a Senior Designer, Women’s Trail Run, you lead the design and development of advanced, performance-driven product solutions that align with the Arc’teryx design philosophy and solve the needs of the trail runner. You translate athlete insights and real‑world conditions into innovative, purpose‑built apparel that exceeds the evolving needs of mountain athletes. You act as both a creative visionary and technical problem solver, driving concepts from ideation through to fully resolved, commercialized products. You leverage your expertise in materials, construction, and fit to create cohesive systems that perform in dynamic environments, while continuously pushing boundaries in design innovation. Working cross‑functionally with teams in Product Line Management, Development, Materials, and athlete teams, you help shape the seasonal run assortment and advance the brand’s technical capabilities.
