Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects.
• Identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients; provide service tailored to client needs in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
• Proficiency in customer service and basic financial products.

Compensation & Employment Type

• CA$16.60 hourly
