WEKA is seeking a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager to transform how CS operates at scale. You’ll own end-to-end projects—playbooks, workflows, and automation—driving measurable improvements in efficiency and retention.
You’ll partner with Data Engineering, BI, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Sales to build trusted CS data infrastructure, dashboards, and real-time reporting that informs strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment.
