Senior Customer Service Specialist – Export & Maritime Logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for complex B2B customer orders (domestic and export)
• Handle export operations with a focus on maritime logistics, including booking coordination and shipment follow-up
• Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and invoicing activities in SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping lines
• Manage documentation requirements aligned with international trade standards and Incoterms
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, and customer claims
• Process credit and debit notes related to customer transactions
• Maintain proactive communication with global customers in advanced English
• Drive continuous improvement of KPIs (on-time delivery, service levels, order accuracy)
