Opportunity Description
HARMAN in Tijuana, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for internal and external customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders and payments, manage RMAs, and coordinate with Technical Support to ensure timely resolutions.
Required are a high school diploma, 5+ years in customer service, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency with SAP, MS Dynamics CRM, and Braintree is a plus.
