Position General Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Market President on the credit portfolio to include assisting with monitoring of loans and market trends, loan administration, loan structuring and loan committee guidance. This position will assist the Market President with providing development and training of loan officers in the market to include development in credit analysis, underwriting, approval, new business development and overall credit administration. Support the local Northwest loan committee by acting as a co-vice chair of the committee.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, agricultural business or equivalent education/work experience.
+ A minimum of fifteen to twenty years previous lending experience to include analyzing credit requests, collateral analysis, obtaining and monitoring government guarantees, budget monitoring,...
