Job Description

As a Senior Counsel, you will support the enterprise in achieving the business/operations, strategic priorities and operational performance goals of the Law Group, in particular the performance commitments of solution-oriented advice and responsiveness. You will provide legal services primarily to the Cards & Loyalty business team on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters. What Will You Do?

Deliver strategic legal advice on a broad range of complex legal and regulatory matters related to credit cards, loyalty/rewards programs and merchant partnerships (including the offers program).
