Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including IT procurement contracts, software licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, e‑commerce agreements, hosting arrangements, SLAs, NDAs, professional services engagements, and contractor agreements.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions activities, including post‑closing integration.
• Advise on multi‑jurisdictional employment matters.
• Negotiate leases, sub‑leases, and other real‑estate agreements.
• Manage litigation and oversee dispute resolution with external counsel.
• Support the Marketing Department with event agreements, sponsorship contracts, venue agreements, external advisor agreements, contests, and insertion orders.
• Administer the company’s global intellectual property portfolio.
• Lead subpoenas and handle minor claims to successful resolution.
