Opportunity Description
This position is responsible for driving the development of vendor logistics (VL) by upselling services to local clients and managing existing VL accounts. The role involves analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities in the North region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer relationships. Additionally, the position includes training the customer service team and overseeing service contracts to ensure effective support and alignment with company objectives.
Upselling Local Accounts:
Generate new vendor logistics business and manage relationships with local factories/vendors.
Monitor pipeline opportunities and support ad-hoc pricing while offering suitable VLP product bundles to factories/customers.
Enhance the overall customer experience and support the Commercial/KAM value proposition.
