Senior Contingent Workforce Program Advisor

Overview

The Contingent Workforce Advisor will support the Contingent Workforce Program Office in Calgary, reporting to the Team Lead in Canada. The role combines deep contingent workforce expertise with a strong execution mindset, serving as a trusted partner to hiring leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a high‑performing program.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders on contingent workforce processes, governance requirements, sourcing strategies, risk mitigation and program best practices.
• Navigate complex and unique workforce situations, applying sound judgment and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Support leaders through the contingent workforce engagement lifecycle, providing guidance on role requirements, sourcing approaches, rate considerations, compliance requirements and worker classification.
