Opportunity Description
**Primary responsibilities include**:
Providing our internal and external clients with prompt and professional service in the commercial processing department
Preparing proposals, binders, letters, certificates, and accurate processing of endorsements and invoicing
Handling activities and follow-ups in EPIC
Handling routine inquiries and processing requests
Being a strong team player working on midsize to large commercial accounts
Other projects as maybe assigned
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5years Commercial Lines brokerage servicing experience
Handling mid-market to large commercial files
RIBO License required
**Skills**:
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Must have strong MS Excel skills
Must have a good understanding of commercial property, casualty and auto insurance products
Be a team player with sound work ethic
Detail oriented and a quick learner
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
