Senior Collections & AR SME: Process Owner & Escalation

RXO is seeking a Senior Collections / AR Analyst to act as lead functional expert to the AR Manager, supporting the day‑to‑day effectiveness, consistency, and governance of Collections activities.

This hands‑on role does not supervise but functions as an operational lead, ensuring collection strategies, processes, and controls are executed consistently across the team. The role also serves as a key escalation point, process owner, and SOP authority.
