Senior Claims Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, assertive, and detail-oriented Senior Claims Specialist to manage logistics-related claims from intake through resolution. This role requires direct experience handling claims cases, communicating with insurance companies, adjusters, carriers, customers, repair facilities, and internal stakeholders.

This is not a purely administrative or document-processing role. We are looking for candidates who are confident communicating with external parties, able to manage pressure, and capable of protecting company interests while maintaining strong customer and B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, carrier, vehicle, cargo, or transportation-related claims from initial report through closure.
