Senior CAE Thermal Engineer - Automotive Lighting (FloEFD Specialist)

Profile
- BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in automotive lighting systems, thermal management, and product development
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in thermal design and simulation, specifically using Simcenter FLOEFD
- Strong proficiency with Simcenter FLOEFD (or similar CFD tools like FloTHERM, ANSYS Icepak)
- In‑depth knowledge of automotive lighting systems (LEDs, optics, thermal challenges)
- Experience with heat transfer modeling, including conduction, convection, and radiation
- Hands‑on experience with lab thermal testing and validation
- Understanding of relevant automotive standards (e.g., SAE, ISO, OEM specs)
