Qualifications
- BE/ME in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in automotive lighting systems, Structural management, and product development
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in thermal design and simulation, specifically using ANSA, NX. Nastran and LS‑dyna
- Perform structural simulations of automotive lighting components and assemblies under static, dynamic vibration, and impact loading
- In-depth knowledge of automotive lighting
- Use ANSA for meshing and pre‑processing of complex geometries
- Conduct linear static, modal, and frequency response analyses in NX Nastran to evaluate strength, stiffness, and resonance
