Senior CAD Engineer

Your Responsibilities Your key areas of responsibility will be as follows: * Define, develop, validate and deploy multiple internal software solutions associated to the Cadence Virtuoso framework: o Development, maintenance of internal NXP software tool(s) used by NXP design teams: § Integrating innovative, performance oriented, desktop python and pyQt applications. § Extension possible as CAD software Architect, defining new requirements based on design teams and other CAD tools inputs. o Test regression generation: Writing automated tests and testing implemented tool. o Deployment to NXP R&D design teams * Maintenance (enhancement, defect and support) of a collection of internal utilities linked to Cadence Virtuoso framework (mainly coded in SKILL, Python, Bash) * Create technical documentation and trainings associated to tools development. Your profile: * MS degree in electrical engineering with software expertise with minimum 5 years’ experience * Mandatory programming languages (p...
