Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Product Architecture & Strategy: Define product architecture, build merchandise grids, and translate consumer insights into differentiated offerings
- Range Planning & Buying: Lead seasonal assortment planning, SKU mix, and store allocation to maximize sell-through
- Cost, Pricing & Margin Ownership: Drive cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin optimization (GMROI, inventory turns)
- Merchandise Calendar & GTM Execution: Manage end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring on-time availability
- In-Season Management: Drive inventory productivity via replenishment, liquidation, and stock optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Sourcing, Retail, and Planning teams for seamless execution.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams while driving strong commercial outcomes.
