Senior Business Intelligence Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for new analytics dashboards and reporting features, specifically utilizing SaaS data from Finance, HR, Legal, Projects, and Procurement.
• Conduct interviews and analysis sessions to understand current business processes and future analytics needs sourced from systems including Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Translate documented requirements into functional specifications and mockup analytics dashboards using the Amazon Quick Suite (formerly Quicksights) front‑end platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, implementation, integration and transformation, working specifically with the Snowflake back‑end platform and various source systems.
• Act as the functional subject‑matter expert (SME) during the design, development, and implementation phases of new analytics capabilities.
