We're growing fast and are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who can consistently generate real projects using LinkedIn, Upwork, and modern B2B outbound tools.
This role is for a hunter - someone who knows how to turn outbound conversations into signed deals, not just leads.
What You'll Own (Outbound at the Core)
- Own outbound business development end-to-end across:
- LinkedIn (primary channel)
- Upwork (strategic bidding & profile optimization)
- Other B2B outbound tools and channels
- Build predictable deal flow using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Upwork search, bidding & profile positioning
