Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay Range: 75,400 - 111,700 CAD (plus discretionary variable compensation)

Role Summary

Senior Business Analyst on the Performance Intelligence & Reporting team within the Advice Centre. Own design and evolution of scalable reporting and analytics solutions, focused on Power BI, data standardization and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end‑to‑end Power BI solutions including structured datasets and data pipelines.
• Develop scalable, governed reporting frameworks enabling enterprise‑wide performance insights.
• Modernize reporting processes from manual or static outputs to automated, self‑serve solutions.
