Senior Business Analyst – Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Oracle PeopleSoft HCM) to support a major enterprise HR transformation initiative at one of our Ontario public sector clients.
This is a long-term engagement supporting the modernization and optimization of an enterprise PeopleSoft HCM environment. The successful consultant will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll and IT stakeholders to document current business processes, define future‑state operating models, develop functional specifications, and support the successful delivery of multiple HR transformation initiatives.
Our client is undertaking a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM transformation focused on improving business processes, data quality, integrations, governance, and operational efficiency across Human Resources and Payroll.
