Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – o9 for their Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities:
+ Actively configure o9 platform components, including data models, user interfaces (dashboards, views), workflow engines, and business logic solvers.
+ Design end-to-end supply chain solutions within the o9 Digital Brain, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
+ Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical specifications and o9-native configurations.
+ Collaborate with data engineering teams to map, integrate, and validate data flows between core ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and the o9 platform.
