Experience - 8+ years
- Need to be the liaison between MCDB (SQL) and DEAL (Databricks) teams. Currently the client Exec Sponsor is playing this role partially with support from tech leads.
- Strong SQL skills . Able to open SQL code, understand logic & context, feed to AI (as applicable) and generate requirements for modifications / changes downstream
- Strong understanding of Reference Data in Databricks and related domains
- Good understanding of the overall Databricks eco-system
- Work closely with Reference Data architects, Tech leads, and Domain stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, Influencing skills (influence uses to adopt to new technology), professional / strategic leadership skills
