As a Senior Business Analyst within IT Enterprise Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, owning end-to-end discovery, and shaping functional architecture across our enterprise ecosystems. You will work as a trusted partner alongside senior executives and stakeholders across the business to unpack highly complex challenges, define long-term requirements, and establish robust success criteria for global system implementations.

You will act as the primary strategic bridge between business units and development and admin teams , translating high-level business vision into scalable, structured, and actionable technical roadmaps. This role requires exceptional leadership, a masterly command of process design, and the ability to navigate deep ambiguity, drive executive consensus, and champion PMO best practices while mentoring junior or mid-level team members.
