* Lead Technical Due Diligence inspections and reporting

* Deliver professional building surveying instructions including dilapidations and planned maintenance advice

* Manage client relationships and provide technical advisory services

* Coordinate specialist consultants where required

* Support junior surveyors through technical guidance and review

Requirements

* MRICS qualified

* Strong commercial building surveying consultancy experience

* Proven Technical Due Diligence reporting background

* Broad professional building surveying expertise

* Experience advising commercial property clients
