Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., currently has a full-time opening for an ICC-CertifiedSenior Building Inspector in the Riverside, CA area. Those qualified shall be responsible for inspecting commercial, residential, and industrial properties, during and after construction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections before, during, and after construction to ensure that the building and construction site, complies with safety, structural, and building code regulations.
- Issue violation notices, stop-work orders, and permits for construction.
