Business Objectives: Assist Senior Brand Manager in formulating and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate KPIs. Actively monitor the portfolio’s P&L and A&P spend to optimize brand investments and maximize ROI.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the proactive, hands-on brand PIC, leading collaboration across Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Retail Operations to ensure smooth, end-to-end execution.Reporting & Analysis: Consolidate comprehensive post-campaign reports and monthly business reviews by tracking sales metrics, ROI, and market trends.
