Senior Associate, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and monitor sales performance dashboards, reports, and prepare business development proposals based on detailed business and data analysis
• Drive operational excellence in sales operations, identify areas for improvement in operating procedure simplification, streamlining, and standardization
• Lead and support cross‑department projects and merchants support, to gather data and insights for sales analysis and reporting
• Enable structured and effective process framework to continuously engage with our merchants, business development representatives and other internal departments to streamline cross‑functional workflows impacting merchant acquisition journeys, sales productivity and business targets

Requirements
