Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day delivery of critical processes, administration and servicing activities related to retail and commercial deposits and payments.
- Execute payments, transactions, service requests, and administrative activities in accordance with established policies and service level agreements.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations; gather and format data into reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives and support change management initiatives.
- Serve as a problem‑solving resource for junior staff, resolving non‑routine issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Perform quality control and training, organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
