Senior Associate CLPS

**What you will do:**

+ Plan and execute end-to-end Mako clinical demonstrations to ensure successful procedural outcomes
+ Conduct Mako saw bone demonstrations for surgeons
+ Maintain monthly follow-ups on lead progress check
+ Working jointly with the MET sales team to understand customer needs, develop customized technical solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
+ Provide the sales team with product knowledge and technical expertise.
+ Conduct Cadaver lab for surgeon certifications
+ Represent Mako at industry events, national/regional trade shows.
+ Conduct Mako workshops and live surgeries at conferences

**What you need:**

+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ 2 to 4 years of work experience required
+ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
