Senior Associate / Banking & Finance

As a Senior Associate within the Banking & Finance team, you will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic financing transactions. You will work closely with partners and lead on sophisticated mandates involving structured finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising financial institutions, sponsors, and corporates on complex financing transactions


• Leading and managing transactions from structuring through to execution


• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance documentation (including LMA-based agreements)


• Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions and liaising with international counsel


• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
