ICF’s Technology Ecosystem Alliances and Practices team is seeking a growth-oriented **Senior Appian Practice Solution Architect** to support practice-wide pre-sales, solutioning, delivery advisory, and technology alliance initiatives across ICF’s Appian portfolio.
This is a high-visibility, senior architect role for someone who can operate as a “Swiss army knife” across the Appian practice: leading technical solutioning for priority pursuits, shaping client conversations, building and guiding demos and proofs of value, advising delivery teams, supporting Appian license and pricing discussions, and helping mature reusable practice assets. The ideal candidate brings deep Appian delivery experience, strong federal market fluency, and the ability to move comfortably between hands-on solution development, executive-level advisory, and proposal/capture execution.
