Sr. Animator/2D Motion Designer
You will lead high‑profile brand marketing campaigns across social content, hero videos, motion graphics, and typographic animation. Working within a dedicated client team, you will own the animation process end‑to‑end—from concept and pre‑production to final delivery—while collaborating with creative directors, producers, illustrators, and global teammates. At this level you set the bar for quality and efficiency, mentor junior and semi‑senior animators, push new techniques, and act as an internal ambassador for generative AI in animation workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full animation lifecycle—pre‑production assessment, creative scoping, execution, and final delivery—across social assets, hero videos, and multi‑platform campaign toolkits.
- Lead early‑stage ideation with art directors and creative leads, translating briefs into high‑quality motion work across formats, languages, and dimensions.
