Senior Analyst, Release Management

Location: 20 York Mills Rd, Toronto, Ontario (temporary). Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site, with travel to Four Seasons Corporate Office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of software updates, patches, and new features across digital platforms (websites, mobile and tablet apps, chat and F&B platforms). Align with release schedules and project timelines.
• Monitor deployments, track progress, and collaborate with deployment team to address issues or conflicts during releases.
• Communicate release schedules, status updates, and post‑release impacts to stakeholders.
• Track and report key release metrics for each deployment and provide consolidated reporting across all releases.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of all commercial and digital platforms and company strategic plans.
