Senior Analyst – Microsoft Fabric Implementation

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Analytics and Data Enablement, you will lead Microsoft Fabric–based data modeling initiatives, leveraging the medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) to efficiently manage and transform data across its lifecycle. You will apply advanced analytics and integration capabilities to design, build, and maintain robust semantic models, automate end‑to‑end data pipelines, and ensure high‑quality, trusted data assets. The candidate will require an in‑depth understanding of the data structure and environment as well as the implications of insurance business processes on regulatory reporting outcomes. The candidate will also foster efficiency, bring forward creative solutions, and create awareness of opportunities to strengthen data quality and enablement across reporting initiatives. A proactive approach, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to think beyond standard approaches are expected.
